Reading and saved learning
You can read without creating an account. Learning progress, saved verses, notes, appearance and motion preferences are stored in this browser. They are not automatically sent to us. Other people using the same browser may be able to see them. Clear website data in your browser settings to remove them.
Optional location
Your browser asks before sharing GPS location. Prayer times are calculated on your device. Location is kept for the current visit unless you choose “Remember this location” in prayer settings. If you choose that option, it is saved in this browser; turning it off removes the saved location from prayer settings. You can use a city or manual coordinates instead, and clear your selected location.
City and address searches are sent to Photon (Komoot) after you submit them. Live mosque searches send approximate coordinates to an OpenStreetMap Overpass service, with an alternative provider used if needed. Opening a map or directions sends the selected location to OpenStreetMap or Google Maps. Those services receive network information such as your IP address.
Contact messages
FormSubmit processes your message and any name or reply email you choose to supply, and sends it to the site owner. Its verification page may use Google reCAPTCHA. Do not send passwords, identity documents or information you would not want included in email. Messages are not automatically published. Use the contact form for questions about a message you have sent.

Audio and external links
Playing streamed Qur’an recitation connects to the audio provider. External references, maps and websites have their own privacy practices. The local text readers remain available without opening those links.
Hosting and protection
The hosting service processes connection information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses and browser request information. Security or bot-protection cookies may be set by the hosting provider. This website does not add advertising trackers or an analytics script.
